Doll Station

September 10 in Moscow at the metro station “Sparrow Hills” has opened an unusual exhibition. Any visitor can admire the Moscow Metro on the dolls from the collection of the Puppet Theatre named exemplary. The exhibition is timed to the double anniversary of the theater. This year marks the 110th anniversary of the birth of his creator, director and actor Sergei Obraztsov, and a week later the theater itself celebrates 80 years since its foundation.

Anyone can look at these favorite characters and relatives of the nine famous productions Theatre: Don Juan, Jourdain of “half-witted Jourdain,” the heroes of the Russian folk tale “Jack Frost”, the French operetta by Charles Lecoq “Zhirofle-Zhiroflya” Characters of Shakespeare and Pushkin.
