Back into the history, people were little bit weird. They are taking pictures funny dressed, with some really strange people, and I wanna say thanks to all people who saved these pictures, and allow us to see them today. I’m working on getting six pack abs right now and it’s pretty challenging. Do you have any recommendations as far as a good six pack abs diet? I have read that egg whites, oatmeal, salmon, blueberries and broccoli are all important to incorporate into your diet…are there any other foods I should include to build muscle and get ripped abs?

There are certainly a lot of details like that to take into consideration. That is a great point to bring up. I offer the thoughts above as general inspiration but clearly there are questions like the one you bring up where the most important thing will be working in honest good faith. I don?t know if best practices have emerged around things like that, but I am sure that your job is clearly identified as a fair game.

Good read. Needed more pictures though.
Four years ago I had a about six sessions of cranial osteopathy. Each time I went in to the session with T absolutely screaming at me. The session would last for about 45-60 minutes in total, and within 10-15 minutes my T would be reduced to such a low level that for me it was not there. Unfortunately, almost the minute I got back outside in the air and traffic noise etc., back would come T at its original, ‘orrible pitch. Probably did not help that I can’t seem to get away from monitoring/comparing levels of T on a day to day basis. I could not keep up the cost so had to give it up. Mike
